The Kansas Arts Commission (KAC) is focused on the creative industries sector of the Kansas economy. The Commission is dedicated to promoting, supporting and expanding Kansas’ creative industries and enriching communities through arts and culture. 

KAC offers a range of programs and services to support cultural programming across Kansas and enhance the role the arts play in all levels of education, community service, workforce development and quality of life in our state.

KAC is no longer using Submittable for its annual grant applications. This page will only be used for Visiting Artists - Kansas Touring Roster grants until Spring 2026. For Visiting Artists - Kansas Touring Roster applications, please use this page for applications for Roster programming taking place on or before June 30, 2026. for programming taking place on or after July 1, 2026, you will use the new Kansas Commerce Grant Portal found here: https://kansascommerce.my.site.com/Grants/s/login/
